This week we head out to Las Vegas for the Shriners Children’s Open. We have a good amount of history here to pull data from, and we have a handful of top 50 players in the world showing up this week, including defending champ Tom Kim.
I analyzed 40 NHL classic tournament slates on DraftKings from last NHL regular season. This data is from the largest-field tournaments on each slate, and all slates had 1900+ entries. Each day I took the largest GPP contest data I could get my hands on and gathered the data to look for winning trends.
NHL DFS is an exciting sweat because one late goal can completely alter the leaderboard, whereas the fantasy scoring in NBA is a lot more gradual. NHL roster construction is most similar to MLB and soccer.
Monday Night Showdown. Davante Adams will face the Packers for the first time since being traded. The Packers could have Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Aaron Jones healthy on the field for the first time this season.
Sunday Night Showdown. Cowboys at 49ers. Commanders -3.5. Over/Under 45.

We have a small slate for Sunday morning to kick off NFL Sunday. Even though it’s small, there’s a lot great matchups on this slate. It’s a great GPP slate.
The Jacksonville Jaguars play in London for the second week in a row and will get a big boost on their OL, as Cam Robinson will return from suspension. The Bills lost star corner Tre White for the season last week and will be without DE Greg Rousseau. The Jaguars also have an elite secondary that could give the Bills some problems.
