Scarface’s 2023 NFL Week 14 Intro:
Welcome, 4Deeps, to my weekly NFL GPP article. Time to pick up right where we left off last year, coming off my best NFL season and helping you guys win also. I want to welcome the new subs and let you know that it won’t be pretty every week, but the weeks that are, we will go straight to the top.

In this article, I will list my favorite plays at each position with a mini breakdown, followed by some game stack ideas we can use in GPPs, and my Core 4 building blocks for DraftKings and FanDuel. In keeping with the Scarface theme, I will conclude with my “Say Hello to My Little Friend” (Slate Edge Play), “Every Dog Has His Day” (Favorite Value Play), and “Say Goodnight to the Bad Guy” (Chalk Fade).

QB:
- Josh Allen – No QB has made me more money in DFS than Josh Allen ($300k plus in this same matchup last year). This is a must-win for the Bills playoff hopes. Jordan Love just torched this defense last week, so what do you think Allen will do in a must win?
- Patrick Mahomes – When these two teams meet, we tend to see fireworks. They were just embarrassed by the Packers last week and Mahomes comes out firing after losses. Buffalo’s Defense can’t stop anyone, let alone Mahomes in this matchup. Also, with Pacheco out, I think they pass more.
- Justin Fields – Like we talked about on the Roundtable. Fields is playing for his career here. His price and this matchup is super tasty. He had 18 rush attempts for 104 yards the last time they met. If I were only making one lineup this week, Fields would be in it.
- Brock Purdy – Can’t play him on FD, but on DK he is still way underpriced.
- Josh Dobbs – Getting Jefferson back this week is a huge upgrade for him. Throw in the fact they’re coming off of a bye week, facing a bad Raiders D, and that they’re fighting for a playoff spot as well. Dobbs could cook here.
- Desmond Ridder – Cheap enough to pay off in this matchup.
RB:
- Christian McCaffrey – CMC is in play every week and this week is no different.
- Alvin Kamara – Carolina is the nut matchup for RBs. He’s in a better situation to catch passes too, with Carr starting.
- Austin Ekeler – He has not looked good and word is they are going to lessen his workload, but his price is very tough to ignore.
- Bijan Robinson – Erase the bad games that Bijan has had from your memory. They are taking him a lot different now and his price is nice.
- Zack Moss – If Moss would have scored last week, his price would have been higher. He is still underpriced for the volume he is getting.
- Jerome Ford – Love the price on him for his big play upside.
- Alexander Mattison – I’m not a fan of him, but I am a fan of his price and his matchup if I land on him.
- Clyde Edwards-Helaire / Jerick McKinnon – CEH is the safer play for his price, but McKinnon is the leverage play.
WR:
- Keenan Allen – Target monster and becomes an even better play if they limit Ekeler.
- Amon-Ra St. Brown – Only had two catches last week, that definitely changes this week.
- Mike Evans – Another target monster whose matchup got better with the injuries to the Falcons’ secondary.
- Ja’Marr Chase – He is always F&@$&N’ open and Browning looks a lot more comfortable at QB.
- Davante Adams – One of my favorite plays. The Vikings blitz more than any team and AOC looks his way when he is blitzed. DJ Moore just torched the Vikings for 11-114. Davante has that kind of upside here.
- DJ Moore – Speaking of DJ. Love him here against this defense.
- Gabe Davis – You know I love Diggs, but I think Gabe is the one with the better big play matchup and he’s historically had great games against KC.
- Garrett Wilson – I think it’s the Garrett Wilson show here with Zach back.
- Rashee Rice – Clearly the #1 WR on KC. I think the Chiefs pass more with Pacheco out.
- Drake London – London’s price and this matchup is very nice.
- Jonathan Mingo – My Dog play last week, and if he catches those end zone targets, I ship the Milly. Ten targets in that game and I’m going right back to him.
- Value Plays: Guyton / Skyy Moore / AT Perry
TE:
- Travis Kelce – I wouldn’t play him without Mahomes.
- George Kittle – Busted last time against Seattle, but he has historically had great games against them.
- Isaiah Likely – Value play with Andrews out.
- Brevin Jordan – Value play with Schultz out.
- Gerald Everett – Been involved a lot more with the injuries to the Chargers’ receivers.
DEF:
Defense is always a crapshoot. My strategy most weeks is to build out my lineups first and see which defenses I land on. These are some that I will be using:
- Baltimore
- Cleveland
- Niners
- Jets
- Buffalo
Game Stack Ideas For GPPs:
- Bills at Chiefs – Allen / Davis. Run it back with Rice.
- Chiefs vs. Bills – Mahomes / Rice or Skyy Moore / Kelce. Run it back with Davis.
- Bears vs. Lions – Fields / DJ Moore. Run it back with Amon-Ra.
- 49ers – Purdy / CMC or Kittle.

- Allen/Moss/Kamara/Gabe Davis
Core 4 on DraftKings:
- Allen/Kamara/Moss/Gabe Davis
