Healy’s Hints – 2023 NFL Week 14 Intro:

This article will be covering the main slate for NFL Week 14 beginning Sunday at 1:00pm. If you’re not familiar with this piece, it will be broken down into the following three sections: A cheat sheet with three tiers of players (each pricing tier based on DK positions/pricing), my favorite stacks to target and which players in said stacks I prefer, and lastly, my “Today’s Edge” section, which covers my edge play/fade of the slate (will update ~2 hours prior to lock), top touchdown picks, and the player I will have the most exposure to on the slate across all my lineups.

Players to consider for your Week 14 NFL GPPs. This isn’t a list of every player I will have, but rather the top guys I am including in my stacks/core, whether it be as a matchup-based play, ownership-based play, or even a leverage play, they will all be included in this core list.

Stacks:

A common roster construction I like to use in large-field tournaments is stacking a quarterback with one or two of his skill position (RB, WR, TE) teammates and playing one or two guys from the opposition. I plan to attack Week 14 no differently. 

• My top overall stack is the Bills at Chiefs. This game has the all the makings of an afternoon shootout, with the Bills needing to win to keep playoff hopes alive while the Chiefs are coming off a loss. In a competitive game, both QBs will use their legs more than most weeks, which brings a nice floor. Allen has more rushing TD equity, so I lean him as the preferred play, but both QBs are firmly in play. Pairing Allen with Davis and/or Diggs (expensive AF) are the preferred options and running it back with Rice and/or a RB. If using Mahomes, I want to double stack him, given he will need 4+ passing TDs to pay off.

  • Buccaneers – Mayfield: Evans / Otton / Palmer
  • Vikings – Dobbs: Hockenson / Jefferson / Addison
