ABER's MLB Daily Fantasy Plays

What’s up, 4Deep?! Baseball is here and I’m ready to put us in the driver’s seat to hopefully take down some tournaments this year! First and foremost, baseball is the only sport that I consistently play multiple lineups. I HIGHLY recommend at least playing two lineups. Fading chalk in baseball is usually the key to taking down tournaments, but is not always the correct move. What I will be providing below is an in-depth breakdown of my top stacks of the night and I will always start with what I believe will be the chalk, followed with my favorite pitchers as well. Generally speaking, chalk is usually chalk because they are in a good spot and I will be telling you whether or not I agree with it. What I want though, is for you to understand what is chalk and then determine whether or not you want to play them! Now, let’s get to the fun part with a lot of numbers and all the pitch data you can handle!

Chalk Stack Of The Day

Atlanta Braves vs. Jose Quintana (LH)

Of course I’m in for Braves chalk. My two priorities would be Orlando Arcia and Marcell Ozuna. My least favorite is Austin Riley. But as usual, stack them anyway you can.

Top Stacks Of The Day

Washington Nationals vs. Luis Severino (RH)

I’m going right back to the Nationals against Severino, who can’t keep anyone off the board. My favorites in order are CJ Abrams, Stone Garrett, Lane Thomas, and Joey Meneses.

New York Yankees vs. MacKenzie Gore (LH)

I love this game stack tonight, despite how much I have hated on the Yankees all year. Over the last 30 days, the Yankees are the #1 offense in the league against left handed pitching. My favorites in order are Harrison Bader, Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, and Gleyber Torres, but by all means, mix in some value if you’d like.

Top Spend Up Pitcher Of The Day

Kevin Gausman (RH) vs. Baltimore Orioles

This slate is atrocious for pitching, so in all honesty we’re throwing darts at uncomfortable matchups. On the high end, I don’t think there’s a pitcher on the slate that has the upside Gausman has, which makes him a stand alone for me at the top, but the O’s don’t strike out. There will be a con to every pitcher on this slate.

Top Mid Tier Pitcher Of The Day

Aaron Civale (RH) vs. Colorado Rockies

Civale has the best matchup of the day and is likely the safest option, but he does not miss very many bats and generates no serious upside at an overpriced $9.7k price tag. The Rockies might be one of the worst offenses in the league, which creates a nice floor for Civale.

Top Value Pitcher Of The Day

Dean Kremer (RH) vs. Toronto Blue Jays

We have some seriously hard-hitting analysis on Kremer tonight. Who else are you going to play? I don’t really think anyone down here is in play tonight, but here we are. Kremer can salvage starts and the Jays have a bad habit of just taking nights off.
