TX's FanDuel NFL Daily Fantasy Plays

TX’s NFL DFS Afternoon Slate Plays – Week 18

What’s up, 4 DEEP?! My article will cover the seven afternoon games on FanDuel. Ask me any lineup questions in Discord before lock (@TX). Let’s get into it!!

UPDATES:

Favorite Stacks:

  • Bears
  • Cowboys
  • Giants

TX’s Elite QBs:

  • Justin Fields – He’s been balling and scoring points in all types of ways. I think he’s in the best spot of those priced in the elite tier.
  • Jalen Hurts – I mean, we get the floor with him, but the price tag is steep. Granted, it’s against the Giants, but I prefer the discount on Fields.
  • Dak Prescott – On the road against a divisional opponent.

TX’s Mid Tier QB:

  • Tyrod Taylor – Taylor took me to the promised land last week. He’s facing an Eagles defense that ranks basically dead last against the pass. I like his price and upside.
  • Jordan Love – Nice match-up on paper against the Bears defense. But I’d rather spend up than pay the $7,800 for Love.
  • Kyler Murray – He has the upside with his rushing ability. He is an interesting play that will come in low-owned.

TX’s Door #3 QB:

  • Aidan O’Connell – He’s looked good enough considering and has some weapons he can use.
  • Sam Darnold – If you’re look for a no-floor, high-upside play. He won’t have any of the same weapons, but he is in the same system. He does have the best match-up against the Rams, who rank 32nd against QB #1s.

TX’s Elite RBs:

  • James Conner – I said it back in Week 15, he can get in the box twice and he did. I think he has the same upside here.
  • Saquon Barkley – He’s too cheap for his upside. He has some bonuses to get as well.
  • Aaron Jones – No Dillon this week. He is way too cheap for the opportunities he is getting.

TX’s Mid Tier RBs:

  • Tony Pollard – The Commanders rank 28th in yards allowed and 30th in touchdowns allowed to RBs. One of his few ceilings games was against them.
  • Elijah Mitchell – No CMC this week. Should get the start and the opportunities.

TX’s Door #3 RBs:

  • Zamir White – He’s been fine, but his price has climbed and we need a ceiling game out of him.
  • Boston Scott – Historically, gets a TD against the Giants. He missed it a few weeks ago, but the coaching staff is well aware of his track record.

TX’s Elite WRs:

  • CeeDee Lamb – The price tag is steep, but he’s been unreal and has a great match-up against the Commanders.
  • AJ Brown – No Smith this week, don’t mind spending up on him.
  • DJ Moore – Solid connection with Fields. He has a similar ceiling as the studs at a cheaper price tag.
  • Davante Adams – AP has fired up this team, I expect them to go out fighting.

TX’s Mid Tier WRs:

  • Darius Slayton – He’s shown back up with Taylor at QB.
  • Jayden Reed – He’s been explosive and has found a role in the GB offense.
  • Tyler Lockett / DK Metcalf – I’ve been waiting on the Lockett game all year. If you were around last year, it came the last week of the season. DK for the floor, Lockett for the upside.

TX’s Door #3 WRs:

  • Greg Dortch – He has been returning value at a cheap price tag.
  • Wan’Dale Robinson – He doesn’t have the same deep threat as Slayton and he needs the targets.

TX’s Elite TEs:

  • Trey McBride – He sees so many targets.
  • Cole Kmet – Solid price and match-up.

TX’s Mid Tier TEs:

  • Dallas Goedert – We can attack Giants with tight ends.
  • Tucker Kraft – Nice value on the slate.

TX’s Door #3 TEs:

  • Noah Gray – No Kelce this week.

Defenses:

  • Cowboys
  • Bears
  • 49ers
