TX's MLB DFS Breakdown

Intro:
What’s up, 4 DEEP?! We have four games on the Early Slate today. Let’s get into it!

TX’s Elite Pitching:

  • Kenta Maeda – Taking the mound against the Tigers today. He gets a favorable park shift in Comerica. The Tigers have a 26% K-rate and a .305 wOBA to righties.

TX’s Mid-Tier Pitching:

  • Bryce Elder – Elder is a road favorite taking on the Pirates. The Pirates have a 27% K-rate to righties. He’s been up and down and really lacked consistency over his last five games, so there is some more risk going here instead of Maeda.

TX’s Door #3 Pitcher:

  • Alek Manoah – Manoah is taking on the Guardians today. He gets a favorable park shift in Progressive Field. The Guardians have a 22% K-rate and a .140 ISO to righties. Manoah averages 58% more fantasy points when he is away. He’s averaged 30 FPPG over his last three games and 26 FPPG when he’s on the road.
