QUARTERBACKS
HIGH PRICED $$$
- LAMAR…This is simple…all the big QBs are off the slate and Hurts is banged up and hasn’t been running, this is Lamar with a bullet if ur paying all the way up, no analysis needed.
MID PRICED $$
- DAK…Okay, if you watched the Roundtable show, you know I stumbled upon this in the final 10 minutes of the show. I despise Dak and never play him, but the BVP here is MANIACAL!!!! This is the equivalent of a player being 12 for 15 with seven homeruns off a pitcher. Here are the gamelogs for the last 3 games for Dak vs. the Eagles.
- WHAT THE FUCK???? 80% COMPLETION PERCENTAGE, 11 TD 1 INT, ALMOST 300 YPG WITH A 140 PASSER RATING??? This BVP is way too much to ignore! Add into that that this line is WAY too low and looks like a trap. Dak has multiple ways to get there too, cause if he dices them up in a shootout, it’s a win, and if he sucks and the BVP fails, then they will be trailing and he will be forced to throw. I hate to say it, but at 8% owned, the Dak/CeeDee combo is a must-play.
LOW PRICED $
- HOWELL…Howell seems to get there every game no matter what happens. Belichick normally owns young QBs, but with Robinson falling off a cliff, I think volume alone makes Howell a play every week. You also know exactly where the targets are going now with Samuel out and it’s an easy double stack with the cheap Douglas bring back.
- MAC JONES…Healy and Scarface talked me onto this and the fact u can get Mac, Douglas, and Henry at $13k lets you get all the studs you want. I never feel comfortable playing Mac Jones, but the fire sale on defense for an already bad defense, combined with the price, puts this in play.
RUNNING BACKS
HIGH PRICED $$$
- KAMARA…He’s the clear stand alone payup at RB in a game where NO should be in control and pounding the ground. It’s hard to make a lineup without Kamara this week.
MID PRICED $$
- TAYLOR…I love the upside, matchup, and price, I just worry about why Moss is getting so much burn late in games. I like him a lot, but I feel like if I make 3-5 lineups, he will end up barely making one.
- BIJAN…Similar to Taylor, it’s just tough to not lock button Singletary/Kamara. I will probably throw Taylor and Bijan on one lineup and lock button the other pair on the rest. No Drake London this week, so this may be a ceiling game for Bijan through the air.
LOW PRICED $
- SINGLETARY…30% chalk and I’ll gladly eat the free square with Pierce out and at this price and matchup.
WIDE RECEIVERS
HIGH PRICED $$$
- KUPP…I’m with Jerry, this should be a monster Kupp week. We have three amazing options below him, but this matchup and projected ownership, with a banged up Puka, is elite. I actually think Rypien starts and that should just drop his ownership more. I will def go CeeDee/Brown/Adams on a team, but Kupp would be my main guy to lead the day in points.
- ADAMS…he is gonna get ABSOLUTELY PEPPERED this week. This week is not about winning, it’s about making Adams and the fans happy, plus he actually thrived with O’Connell in from a volume perspective. Adams should eat this week.
- CEEDEE….I liked it before the Dak info, but it becomes a must-play with Dak.
- AJ BROWN…High price for the matchup, but he is matchup-proof and the bring back on the Dak/CeeDee lineups. He is not a human being right now and you have to get exposure to him.
MID PRICED $$
- NOTHING, I AM GOING STARS AND SCRUBS, TOO MANY AMAZING OPTIONS UP TOP AND TOO MUCH UPSIDE DOWN LOW, THIS IS A COMPLETE DEAD ZONE.
LOW PRICED $
- MINGO…This is my favorite punt. I love this kid and the volume has been there. If Chark is out, I love it even more. He’s cheap and a fucking horse…Mingo gets in the box and goes 4-5X this week.
- SHAHEED…If the Saints weren’t retarded, this kid would be Tyreek Hill. Three touches last week and 150 yards, now gets a team who is prone to big plays. Shaheed has more upside than Mingo, but he doesn’t have the volume floor.
- DOUGLAS…Emerged last week, is $4k and Bourne and Parker are out. Probably the safest punt on the board, but he may also be the highest owned player on the slate, so I am gonna pivot here and go for some low owned punts at receiver and hope he 5/50s it. I will have exposure, but I can’t scale into 40% Douglas.
- MOONEY…This is my 1% GPP upside play. Bears will be trailing, you can’t run on NO, and Moore will be shadowed by Lattimore all game. We don’t need much to hit value here and there is no better spot for him to FINALLY break out. This is a risky play, but could be a GPP winner.
- ATL WRS…I just can’t choose, but one of them is gonna pop off. I have NO IDEA who the guy is gonna be, so for me, it’s a fade, but needed to list them cause one of them is gonna 6X.
TIGHT ENDS
HIGH PRICED $$$
- NOT PAYING UP HERE
MID PRICED
- PITTS…With all the uncertainty at WR, this is the only constant. I think both TE are in play, but Pitts is a nice play in this spot with no London.
LOW PRICED
- MCBRIDE…Love this fuckin’ spot. 14 targets last week, no Ertz, great game flow, and a young gun slinger QB who should pepper him. I know Clev D is insane, but this volume opportunity and gameflow is too much to overlook. He will be my guy.
- OTTON…$3k is weird considering he is the league leader in snap % at TE (97%) and has 12 targets in the last two games. This is a very safe $3k spend, although the ceiling is less exciting than the floor.
DEFENSE
HIGH PRICED
- Browns…with all the value at receiver and TE, we can actually pay up for almost a guaranteed 10 points at the most erratic position.
MID PRICED
- Not going there
LOW PRICED
- Giants…Like receiver, it’s stars or scrubs and Mike pointed out the $2300 tag vs. an inept Raiders team with a backup QB and I love it. 10 sacks last two games at min price is hard to pass up.
