BEN’S DAILY FANTASY INTRO

Happy Labor Day, 4DEEP!! Hope you all have a great day, drink some good drinks, and let me win us some money! This slate is extremely straightforward with some pitchers in really good spots and a few stacks I love. LETS FUCKK!!

PITCHERS

Merrill Kelly DK $9,300 – This is the nut spot for Kelly, who on this slate could be priced $10K and he would still be chalk. I’m not over thinking this one and plan to attack the Rockies’ 25% K rate to RHP.
Jose Berrios DK $8,800 – I’ve not been huge on Berrios this year and he should come in as the third chalkiest pitcher, but he has everything we could want going for him today. Not getting cute at pitcher today.
Cole Ragans DK $7,200 – Why yes, I’ll take the pitcher of the month, Ragans, in a great spot for $7,200, lol. We have been targeting the White Sox all weekend and it’s paid off, so why stop now? He gets a big boost if Robert is still out, but in play regardless.

STACKS

Mariners – Oh man, am I excited for the Mariners in this spot. They are going to break the slate today, so don’t miss out. Mariot, who will be the Reds’ long reliever, is dumpster juice. The dude has given up four, four, eight, and five earned runs in his last four Minor League appearances to go along with SEVEN bombs!!!??? We have good hitting weather in Cincy, and this lineup is going to nuke! 1-9 all in play with Crawford, Julio, Suarez, and Raleigh being the core guys we want.
Blue Jays – This team just keeps getting good matchups. Waldichuk is definitely someone we want to target with right-handed bats like Springer, Vlad, Schnieder, Whit, and Clement. I plan to play four of those five and then round my stack out with one of either Varsho or Kiermaier, who’s having one of the best hitting seasons of his career.
D-backs – This stack is a tier below the Jays/Mariners, but nevertheless, Lambert sucks and guys like Carroll, Walker, Marte, and Moreno are all in great spots. Thomas makes for a great value play as well.
HOU/TEX – l love this game overall and think it could turn into a slugfest by the time the day is over. I slightly lean the ‘Stros here, but want pieces from both sides. For HOU, it’s going to be Altuve, Bregman, Tucker, and McCormick. On the Rangers’ side I like Seager, Garcia, Garver, and Tavares.
