Main Targets:

Haaland (MCI) (F) $10400 – He’s questionable with a foot injury. Looking more like doubtful. He’s a fade for me even if he does get the start.
Alvarez (MCI) (F) $9400 – Will be playing the Haaland role if he is out. He will be highly owned and will be in play in both formats.
Solanke (Bou) (F) $9700 – Our boy, Cubbable, and I have been on him for the last couple weeks. His price jumped up $2600 this week. He’s been scoring goals, and vs. a weak Luton side, he is in play.
Sterling (Che) (M/F) $9500 – In a slump lately, hasn’t done much of anything the last three matches. This could be a bounce back game against a Shu team that concedes.
Silva (MCI) (M/F) $9100 – Will be some heavy rotation for MCI with all the injuries, which moves Bruno into consideration.
Olise (Cry) (M) $8900 – Does it all for Cry, safe floor even against City.
Wilson (New) (F) $8700 – Has looked good since returning to the lineup. Should be a back and forth matchup against a red hot Fulham team.
Foden (MCI) (M/F) $8600 – One of the safest floors on the slate. Feel like he is underpriced for his expected role this match.
Grealish (MCI) (M) $8100 – Got yanked mid week due to his poor play by Pep. Has played better in premier league play.
Pereira (Ful) (M) $7400 – Has been in solid form, has been contributing with goals and assists the past two games for a surging Fulham side. This game has the chance to go to the moon, I’ll want pieces.
Isak (New) (F) $7100 – Shootout potential. GPP-winning upside.
Alfie Doughty (Lut) (M) $6100 – Safe mid priced player.
Jimenez (Ful) (F) $5600 – Faded him last slate and made us pay with a goal. Coming into the match in good form with three goals in last two games. Cheap forward option with upside.
Palhinha (Ful) (M) $5400 – Seems to always get in that 7-11 point range. At this price, in a match I feel could shoot out, I’ll want pieces.

Defense:

Walker (MCI) $5300 – Expensive, not sure I’ll get up to this price point, but he’s always a threat to pop up for a goal.
Robinson (Ful) $5000 – My favorite spend up option on defense. Has a safe floor, scoring a combined 60 fantasy points in the last five matches.
Kabore (Lut) $3700 – Cheaper option could slide up and chip into the attack.
Schar (New) $3000 – No Trippier, he will be pitching in on some free kicks. At this price, I’m interested.
Bell (Lut) $2700 – Our cheap defender we play every slate and he comes through for us.

More defensive options will become available after lineups are released.

Scoring Notes:

If you are playing on FanDuel, you’re searching for the goals. Goals count for 15 points, and shots are worth one point. Shots on goal are worth five, while assists are seven.
For defenders, I like looking at cheap center mids who will be on the defensive. I target these players because they will rack up tackles and clearances. Occasionally will pop up with a cheap goal, also.
If you are playing on DraftKings, goals are worth 10 points, shots are one, and shots on goal are one. Assists are worth six points.
Playing on DK you want to look for set piece-takers and players that will be crossing the ball. Defenders won’t get as many points for tackles and clearances, so I’m targeting defenders who play on the outside who will move up and cross the ball in.
