First round pick Christian Gonzalez will need to step up in a big way as CB Jonathan Jones is listed as questionable. Tyreek Hill has already said he will be successful this week no matter what. We will see what Belichick draws up to try to slow down this offense. I don’t think they will be looking to slow down Hill, but rather keep everything in front of them.
The Dolphins ranked 30th against tight ends last year and allowed the third-most receptions per game (5.8). Last week they allowed five receptions for 58 yards and a touchdown to the tight end position. Look for Mac Jones to utilize Stevenson and his tight ends to work some clock and move the chains against a Miami defense who gave up a lot of yards and points to the Chargers last week. Mac Jones stepped up last week and was even complimented by Darius Slay.
