This article will be covering Super Bowl LVIII. 

Cheatsheet:

Players to consider for your Super Bowl Sunday NFL GPPs. This isn’t a list of every player I will have, but rather the top guys I am including in my stacks/core, whether it be as a matchup-based play, ownership-based play, or even a leverage play, they will all be included in this core list.

Strategy:

A common roster construction I like to use in large-field tournaments is stacking a quarterback with one or two of his skill position (RB, WR, TE) teammates and playing one or two guys from the opposition. I plan to attack Championship Weekend no differently. 

A few suggestion to consider in your GPP builds this week, esp those playing the lottery type  contest (5-6 figure entrants).

• Captain QB:
  • If you captain a QB, you should also roster at least two pass-catching teammates.
• Kickers:
  • High floor on both kickers, which is great for cash, but I’d limit to one K per team.
• Zero QB (DK):
  • Given the DK pricing and lack of value, the probability of a zero QB lineup being optimal is higher than usual.
• Taking a zero:
  • Playing a min price guy who has a very low probability of entering the game, but allows you to play more studs.
    • A few to consider: Richie James, Ray-Ray McCloud, Charlie Woerner
• 5-1 or 1-5 onslaught builds:
  • Of top 1% finishes with this construction, the D/ST appeared nearly 62% of the time.
