Healy’s Hints – 2024 NFL Wild Card Sunday Intro:
Excited to bring my NFL GPP content back to the team at 4DEEP, where we will look to build upon all of our previous success. Please join us in Discord before lock and feel free to ask me (@Bhealy19) any lineup questions.
This article will be covering the main slate for NFL Wild Card Sunday beginning at 3:30pm. The Monday game in Buffalo is still part of this slate. If you’re not familiar with this piece, it will be broken down into the following three sections: A cheat sheet with three tiers of players (each pricing tier based on DK positions/pricing), my favorite stacks to target and which players in said stacks I prefer, and lastly, my “Today’s Edge” section, which covers my edge play/fade of the slate (will update ~2 hours prior to lock), top touchdown picks, and the player I will have the most exposure to on the slate across all my lineups.
SUNDAY UPDATES: 1/14 –
Cheatsheet:
Players to consider for your Wild Card Sunday NFL GPPs. This isn’t a list of every player I will have, but rather the top guys I am including in my stacks/core, whether it be as a matchup-based play, ownership-based play, or even a leverage play, they will all be included in this core list.
$ Tier | QB | RB | WR | TE | D/ST |
Top Tier | Dak Prescott | Kyren Williams | CeeDee Lamb | Jake Ferguson | Bills |
Mid Tier | Matt Stafford | Jahmyr Gibbs | Cooper Kupp | Dalton Kincaid | Packers |
Value Tier | Jordan Love | Najee Harris | Jameson Williiams / Demarcus Robinson | Pat Freiermuth | Steelers |
Stacks:
A common roster construction I like to use in large-field tournaments is stacking a quarterback with one or two of his skill position (RB, WR, TE) teammates and playing one or two guys from the opposition. I plan to attack Wild Card Sunday no differently.
- My top overall stack is the Rams at Lions. Revenge all around as two QBs face off with former teams for the first time. There are endless weapons in this game, which I expect to be the highest scoring of the weekend. While both QBs are in play, I prefer the Stafford side against a Swiss cheese Lions secondary. Puka and Kupp is a tough decision if choosing between them, but I will side with ole reliable when it matters most in Cooper Kupp (both great plays). Demarcus Robinson has clearly solidified himself as the #3 and is a top value on the slate. Given it’s only a three-game slate, pairing with Kyren Williams is perfectly acceptable given his pass-catching upside, as it allows you to capture ALL the Rams’ TDs. In terms of run backs, Gibbs is my favorite, followed by St. Brown. If you need value or two run backs, Jameson Williams is cheap and can get there in one play.
- Other Stacks To Consider:
- Cowboys – Dak: Lamb / Ferguson / Cooks
- Packers – Love: Wicks / Reed / Jones
Today’s Edge:
- Touchdown Predictions:
- Jahmyr Gibbs

- DK: Dak, A. Jones, Pollard, Kupp
