Healy’s Hints – 2023 NFL Week 18 Intro:
Excited to bring my NFL GPP content back to the team at 4DEEP, where we will look to build upon all of our previous success. Please join us in Discord before lock and feel free to ask me (@Bhealy19) any lineup questions.
This article will be covering the main slate for NFL Week 18 beginning Sunday at 1:00pm. If you’re not familiar with this piece, it will be broken down into the following three sections: A cheat sheet with three tiers of players (each pricing tier based on DK positions/pricing), my favorite stacks to target and which players in said stacks I prefer, and lastly, my “Today’s Edge” section, which covers my edge play/fade of the slate (will update ~2 hours prior to lock), top touchdown picks, and the player I will have the most exposure to on the slate across all my lineups.
SUNDAY UPDATES: 1/7 –

Players to consider for your Week 18 NFL GPPs. This isn’t a list of every player I will have, but rather the top guys I am including in my stacks/core, whether it be as a matchup-based play, ownership-based play, or even a leverage play, they will all be included in this core list.

Stacks:
A common roster construction I like to use in large-field tournaments is stacking a quarterback with one or two of his skill position (RB, WR, TE) teammates and playing one or two guys from the opposition. I plan to attack Week 18 no differently.
- My top overall stack is the Vikings at Lions. Minnesota, despite losing their starting QB and missing Justin Jefferson for a bulk of the season, actually has a chance to sneak into the post season with a win and get some help (They are gonna crush your dreams Blue & Huey). They will roll with Nick Mullens, who I’m rolling with as my top QB this week. However, I will admit if he starts slow, there is risk of being benched. The Lions have been a massive pass funnel, making Justin Jefferson the clear top pairing for me, while Jordan Addison (bad ankle) is a strong GPP option at a fraction of ownership. For run backs, we are expecting the Detroit starters to play (per coach Dan Campbell), despite being locked into the 3 seed. Amon-Ra is the top bring back, fresh off a Pro Bowl snub, with Jahymr Gibbs being the next option to consider.
- Other Stacks To Consider:
- Cowboys – Dak: Lamb / Ferguson / Cooks
- Seahawks – Smith: Lockett / JSN / DK Metcalf
- Eagles – Hurts: AJB / Goedert / Julio
Today’s Edge:
- Touchdown Predictions:
- James Conner
- Justin Jefferson
- Top Owned Plays on Slate (based on exposure across all my lineups):
- QB – Nick Mullens
- Skill Player – Pierre Strong
- Healy’s Slate Edge:

- Cash Game Strategy:
- FD: Geno: Strong, Achane, Jefferson
- DK: Geno: Strong, White, Jefferson
