TX’s NFL DFS Afternoon Slate Plays – Week 15
What’s up, 4 DEEP?! My article will cover the three afternoon games on FanDuel. I think the Cowboys and Bills game will get a lot of attention and I think getting some pieces of the Rams and Commanders game is a good move to find some value in a high total game. Ask me any lineup questions in Discord before lock (@TX). Let’s get into it!!
UPDATES:
Favorite Stacks:
- 49ers
- Cowboys
- Bills
TX’s Elite QBs:
- Dak Prescott – The Bills are 26th allowing 1.6 passing touchdowns a game, and 24th allowing 35 passing attempts a game. I like the slight discount on FanDuel for Prescott.
- Brock Purdy – He’s facing a bad Cardinals defense against the pass. He has so many weapons and it just increase his floor.
- Josh Allen – Tough match-up against the Cowboys and we don’t have any discount on his price.
TX’s Mid Tier QB:
- Matt Stafford – He seems to have figured it out over the last three weeks and now faces the worst defense against the pass.
- Sam Howell – It isn’t pretty, but he finds a way to return value each week.
TX’s Door #3 QB:
- Kyler Murray – His rushing upside makes him interesting, but it’s a tough match-up against the 49ers at home.
TX’s Elite RBs:
- CMC – Continues to be the best running back in the league. Highest floor and ceiling combo on the slate and crushes the Cardinals.
- Kyren Williams – The price isn’t favorable, but the match-up is.
TX’s Mid Tier RBs:
- James Conner – Hard to roster against the 49ers, but he has two-touchdown upside.
- Tony Pollard – I think this game shoots out and that game script helps Pollard.
- James Cook – It worked out for us last week, but he’s hard to trust, but seems to be getting more opportunities over the past three games.
TX’s Door #3 RBs:
- Antonio Gibson – He’s getting the start this week. He’s cheap and has some upside at this price. I expect him to carry pretty high ownership.
TX’s Elite WRs:
- CeeDee Lamb – Averaging over 10 targets a game and has been returning double-digit fantasy points. I wouldn’t force him in, but if you’re playing Dak, you pair him with Lamb.
- Stefon Diggs – High total game and should have plenty of opportunities on offense to score fantasy points. Slightly cheaper than Lamb and would pair him with Allen if you go that route.
- Deebo Samuel – It’s hard to decide which 49er is going to go off, but Samuel is in a groove and the Cardinals rank 28th to wide receivers allowing 1.1 touchdowns a game.
TX’s Mid Tier WRs:
- Cooper Kupp/Puka Nacua – We saw a flash of Kupp last week and I think we go back to him this week. Puka will have less ownership, but I think you need one of these guys in your lineup.
- Terry McLaurin/Curtis Samuel – McLaurin for upside and Samuel for value.
- Brandin Cooks – A cheaper way to get exposure to this offense and total.
TX’s Door #3 WRs:
- Demarcus Robinson – Nice value here and seeing a ton of targets.
- Khalil Shakir – Another value piece in a high total game.
TX’s Elite TEs:
- George Kittle – Best match-up out of the tight ends this weekend.
- Jake Ferguson – He’s been in beast mode lately. I think he’s under priced in the game environment.
TX’s Mid Tier TEs:
- Dalton Kincaid/Dawson Knox – High total game and he has a nice price tag on him. Kincaid is questionable. Knox becomes a great play if he’s out.
- Trey McBride – The targets are there, but the match-up is bad and his price has climbed to $6,600.
TX’s Door #3 TEs:
- Logan Thomas – He’s cheap and in a good match-up against the Rams. The Rams over their last nine games are ranked 27th allowing 66 passing yards a game and just about a touchdown a game to tight ends.
Defenses:
- 49ers
- Cowboys
- Bills
