Fabfive’s NFL DFS Saturday Slate Plays – Week 15
What’s up, 4 DEEP?! My article will cover the three-game Saturday slate. On this slate what stands out to me the most is we have two TEs in amazing matchups, so I will likely start my teams there. There aren’t a lot of mid-range WRs that stand out to me. On these three-game slates, make sure your flex is in the last possible game (AJTruth), as late swap on these are crucial if you’re off to a slow start with higher ownerships than regular slates. Favorite Stacks:
- Vikings
- Broncos
Top-Tier QBs:
- Russell Wilson – Detroit is allowing 1.8 TDs per game and both WRs profile very well.
Favorite Value QB:
- Nick Mullens – The Bengals are giving up 287 yards per game through the air. Far too cheap for this matchup.
Top-Tier RBs:
- Jahmyr Gibbs – Denver has been giving up more production to RBs through the air than on the ground and are only allowing 0.4 TDs per game, so my lean is on Gibbs over Montgomery.
- Ty Chandler – With Mattison out, Chandler should see a heavy workload on the ground and through the air. The Bengals are allowing 0.9 TDs per game.
- Jaylen Warren – Indy is allowing 112 yards and 1.1 TDs per game. Najae Harris is in play, but I prefer the pass-catching ability and upside of Warren.
Favorite Value RBs:
- Javonte Williams – This is just a volume play.
- Chase Brown – He has simply been electric with his limited touches. They want to see can he take over this role next year. The Vikings blitz at a league-high rate and the best way to beat that is with a screen game.
Top-Tier WRs:
- Ja’Marr Chase – See above Blitz Rate comment and this also applies to Ja’Marr. Target volume will be there. Will want to outduel Jefferson.
- Michael Pittman – Has seen at least 11 targets in each of his last three games.
- Justin Jefferson – Bengals allowing 177 yards per game to WRs. Also allow 30% more points when favored. Carries risk with his injury, but also wants to outduel his Griddy Brother.
- Courtland Sutton – Lions allowing 1.2 TDs per game to WRs and Sutton is a TD monster.
Favorite Value WRs:
- Diontae Johnson – (check he’s playing) If out, I love Warren more. I prefer Diontae’s matchup better than Pickens’ and it looks to be at half the ownership.
- Alec Pierce – Has had several big plays as of late and they take shots every game to him. Pure punt.
- Jerry Jeudy – If he could toe tap as well as Sutton, he’d likely have several TDs over the last month. The Lions also allow 40% more points to short WRs while allowing 1.2 TDs per game to WRs.
Top-Tier TEs:
- T J Hockenson – Has seen six-plus targets over last three. Bengals allowing 80 yards per game and Mullens simply locked in on Hockenson when he took over last week. This, for me, is simply the easiest play on the slate.
- Sam LaPorta –Also has seen at least six targets per game over last three. Denver allowing 74 yards per game and Denver allows 30% more to TEs when on the road.
Favorite Value TEs:
- Josh Oliver – Same reasoning on Oliver, but pure punt.
- Kyler Granson – Same as Pierce. They take shots down the seam with Granson. Punt play.
